Write this conic section in standard form.
x^2+y^2+6x-2y+9=0
complete the square:
(x^2+6x+9)+(y^2-2y+1)=-9+9+1
(x+3)^2+(y-1)^2=1
This is an equation of a circle with center at (-3,1) and radius=1
