Find the center of the circle. Do you know how to do that?

The slope of y = 2x+10 is 2.
The slope of lines perpendicular to it is -1/2
Find the eqn of the line thru the center with a slope of -1/2
Find the intersection of that line and y = 2x+10
Find the distance between the 2 points.
