write this equation in standard for of an ellipse
18x^2+9y^2=153-24 x+6y
18x^2+24x+9y^2-6y=153
complete the square:
18(x^2+24x/18+9(y^2-6y/9=153
18(x^2+4x/3+16/36)+9(y^2-2y/3+4/36)=153+8+1=162
