b) vertex | ((B^2-4 A F)/(4 A C), -B/(2 A))

d) focus | ((-4 A F+B^2-C^2)/(4 A C), -B/(2 A))
e) directrix | x = B^2/(4 A C)+C/(4 A)-F/C
