Can anyone explain what points need to be plotted?

Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y = x^2+4 x+3
the vertex
vertex | (-2, -1)
and when y=0
factors are
(x+1) (x+3)
x=-1 and x=-3
