solve each equation by completing the square
-3x^2+18x=-30
3x^2-18x=30
3(x^2-6x+9)=30+27
3(x-3)^2=57
(x-3)^2=57/3
(x-3)^2=19
take sqrt of both sides
x-3=±√19
..
x=3+√19
or
x=3-√19
