What is the center (or vertex if it is a parabola) of y^2+4x=8?
y^2+4x=8
y^2=-4x+8
y^2=-4(x+2)
This is an equation of a parabola of the form:
(y-k)^2=4p(x-h), (h,k)=(x,y) coordinates of the vertex.
For this problem: vertex is at (0,-2)
