Question 6626: I didn't know what section to put this question under, so I just put it here. How do I solve ?
Answer by Mike(39) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) x(2+x) > 15 <---- Multiply both sides by x.
2) 2x + x^2 > 15
3) x^2 + 2x - 15 > 0 <---- Subtract 15 from both sides.
4) (x+5)(x-3) > 0 <---- Reverse FOILING.
5) x > -5, 3
Hope that helps.

-Mike
