For given ellipse
x-coordinate of center=0
y-coordinate of center=(8+0)/2=4 (midpoint formula)
center: (0,4)
Sum of focal radii=12=2a:
a=6
a^2=36

foci=8=2c
c=4
c^2=16
..
c^2=a^2-b^2
b^2=a^2-c^2=36-16=20
Equation:
x^2/20+(y-4)^2/36=1
