Standard form of equation for ellipse with horizontal major axis:
(x-h)^2/a^2+(y-k)^2/b^2=1,a>b, (h,k)=(x,y) coordinates of center
For given ellipse:
Center: (0,1)
length of minor axis=2*(6-1)=2*5=10
b=5
b^2=25
co-vertices: (0,1±b)=(0,1±5)=(0,-4) and (0,6)

a=10
a^2=100
vertices: (0±a,1)=(0±10,1)=(-10,1) and (10,1)
