Question 535971: I have the equation y=-x^2-8x-15 and i am trying to graph it. How do I find the vertex?
Answer by edjones(8007) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=-x^2-8x-15
The vertex for x=-b/2a=8/-2=-4
y(-4)=-16+32-15=1 vertex for y
(-4, 1) Vertex
