Answer by checkley71(8403) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Y=(1/4)X-1 IS AN EQUATION FOR A LINE WITH A SLOPE OF 1/4 WITH A Y INTERCEPT OF -1.
THIS LINE PASSES THROUGH (0,-1)(4,0)
THERE ARE NO DISTANCES AS THIS IS A CONTINUOUS LINE AND HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH CIRCLES.
