If it has x-intercepts of 2 and -1 it must have factors (x-2), (x+1)
If the y-intercept is 6 the constant term must be "6"
EQUATION:
y=-3(x-2)(x+1)
y=-3(x^2-x-2)
y=-3x^2+3x+6
