3y^2 + 20x = 23 + 5x^2 + 12y
3y^2 - 12y - 5x^2 + 20x = 23
3(y-2)^2 -12 - 5(x-2)^2 +20 = 23
3(y-2)^2 -5(x-2)^2 = 15
