f(x)=3x^-12x+4 = 3[(x-2)^2 + 4] + 4 = 3(x-2)^2 + 16  V(2,16) a minimum point

x = 2,the line of symmetry

  (x-2)^2 = 45   x = 2 ± sqrt(9*5) = 2 ± 3sqrt(5)  exact solutions
