-300(x^2 - x) = 0
x^2 - x = 0
Complete the square
(x^2 - x + 0.25) = 0.25
(x - 0.5)^2 = 0.25
Line of symmetry is x = 0.5
Vertex is (0.5,f(0.5))
f(0.5) = -300*0.25 + 300*0.5 = 75
