the foci are both the same distance from the center at(-6,-7) along the major axis

one foci has y value = -10.32 (-7 -3.32) |foci is Pt(-6 ,-10.32)
the other has a y value = -3.68 (-7+3.32) |foci is Pt(-6,-3.68)
