Hi,
Find the center and radius of the circle
The standard equation of a circle with center C(h,k) and radius r is :

x^2+y^2-6x+2y+6=0
(x-3)^2 + (y+1)^2 -9 -1 + 6 = 0
(x-3)^2 + (y+1)^2 = 4
(x-3)^2 + (y+1)^2 = 2^2
Center is Pt(3,-1) r = 2
