subtracting (x^2 / .0625) __ (y+3)^2 / .25 = 1 - (x^2 / .0625)

multiplying by .25 __ (y+3)^2 = .25 - 4x^2

taking squareroot __ y+3 = � sqrt(.25 - 4x^2)

subtracting 3 __ y = -3 � sqrt(.25 - 4x^2)

don't know if the calculator will take the �
you may have to do it in two parts; one + and one -
