The other tutor has "standard" form and "general" form 
confused.



Take 1/2 of 2, get 1, square it, get 1.
Add 1 after the first "+" sign on the left,
and put 5 times it, 5, after the first "+"
sign on the right.



Take 1/2 of 4, get 2, square it, get 4.
Add 4 after the "+" sign in the second 
parentheses on the left, and put 3 times 
it, 12, after the second "+" sign on the 
right.



factor what's in the parentheses and combine the 
numbers on the right:



Divide through by 30



Simplify:
