To start, I assume you meant that 'y' to be 'x':
Multiply by 100:

Reduce (divide by 5):

Divide by 92:

Add to both sides:

Take the square root of both sides, this introduces +/- on RHS:
= +/-
= - +/-
This evaluates to the solutions:
x = 0.34425
x = -1.10512

It's easier to work with integers than decimals. Therefore, let's convert all the decimal-coefficients by multiplying entire equation by 20.

------- Dividing entire equation by 92 in order to get a leading coefficient of + 1

------- Adding to get the constant on the right-side
------- Taking the value of "b," squaring it, and then adding the result to both sides

------- Taking square root of both sides

That's not a question, it's an equation.
Equations are solved, questions are answered.
