Graph the boundary lines:
x=0 is the y-axis
y=x+3
y=x^2-3
---------------

Shade the half-plane to the left of x=0
Shade the half-pane below y=x+3
Shade the area within y = x^2-3
-----------------------
The intersection of all these shaded areas is the solution set.
