A(6,-1) and B(2,2) are 2 points on the circle.

Find the equation on the line thru (2,2) and perpendicular to the line 4y-3x-2=0.
The center of the circle is on that line.

Find the perpendicular bisector of AB.
The center of the circle is on that line.

The intersection of the 2 lines is the center.
The distance from the center to either point is the radius.
