Write the equation of the ellipse in standard form that satisfies the given conditions. Draw the ellipse, its focus, and directrix.
1.) The center is at (-2,4). a vertex is at (3,4), and a focus is at (4,4).

Note: If you plot thos points you will see that the focus (4,4)
is outside the ellipse. That cannot be.
----
