Question 1034575: Can you please help me solve the equation below. I'm suppose to covert it to standard form. I'm a little confuse though because I have tried dividing the equation by -3 as well as factoring, but I just can't seem to solve for what I need. Thank you.
3x^2+6x+y^2-6y=-3

You can solve for x in terms of y, or vice versa.

If you graph it, you'll get an ellipse. Each point on the ellipse satisfies the equation.
