Question 1031997: 6x=(y-2)^2 How do I graph the parabola?
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This is a non-function with opening to the right and shifted two units up.
(y-2)^2=6x
y-2=+/-sqrt (6x)
y=2 +/- sqrt(6x)

Domain is x>=0
range is all real numbers
y-intercept is at 2 (0,2)
x-intercept is at x=2/3 (2/3,0)
