Either plot the points on paper (graph) or visualize the set of them, and note that the hypotenuse will be from (-5,3) to (5,-3). No trouble should be in identifying the point (-5,-3) as where the right angle is.

Use the distance formula for (-5,3) to (5,-3).

Compute that.
