Question 676187: I have a 3-D hexagonal pyramid. The dimensions are 0.5m for each side, the height is 1.5 m and the base is 2m. They are asking to determine the height of the triangle faces of the pyramid using Pythagorean Theorem.Round to one place. The 2nd question is how large a tarp they will need to cover the top and the bottom of the tent? Round to one decimal place.

Your dimensions make no sense. What do you mean by "side"? And what do you mean by "base is 2m"?
If a "side" is one side of the hexagonal base, then there is no possible meaning of "base" that could translate to a measure of 2 meters. If "side" is one of the line segments connecting a base vertex to the pyramid apex, then it is impossible to have a height of 1.5 with a side of 0.5.
