The side lengths must be approximated, because from the center of the pentagon to vertex A would be 5 cm, and AB could not be exactly 6 cm (use the trig functions to verify this).

Anyway, note that you could draw an altitude from the center to the midpoint of AB, and half of AB is 3, so you would have a 3-4-5 triangle. Then finding the area shouldn't be too difficult.
