It can't be done; there is not enough information.
A parallelogram has two diagonals. The length of one of them does not determine the parallelogram; given a segment that is the diagonal of a parallelogram, there are an infinite number of parallelograms with diagonals of that length.
Even knowing the lengths of BOTH diagonals is not enough to determine a unique parallelogram. We know the diagonals bisect each other; but given the lengths of both of them, there are still an infinite number of parallelograms that can be formed.

There is NO such thing (notion, conception) in Math as the (or "a") "diagnol" of a parallelogram.
Simply DOES NOT EXIST in Math.
