Well, given what you have told us, there are an infinite number of possibilities...as long as a^2 + b^2 = 25^2...NOW, if the legs have integer values, then the legs are 15 and 20...they make a 3-4-5 right triangle...

1. First solution is  {3, 4, 5}:   =  as everybody knows.

2. The second solution is to take one leg of an arbitrary length less then 5:
   any  x,  0 < x < 5.
   Then calculate  y = .
   It will be the second leg.

You failed to provide pertinent information that could be used to determine the type of right triangle, and then the missing sides. 
It appears to be a special triangle, but is it a 3-4-5, a 30-60-90, or a 45-45-90 special triangle?
