Construct a histogram and a frequency polygon
for the following frequency distribution:

   Class   Frequency
  0 -  24      4
 25 -  49     10
 50 -  74     11
 75 -  99      5
100 – 124      1

We find the class boundaries by 

1. averaging the last number in each class 
and the first number in the succeeding class.

2. To find the left class bound for the first
   class.
   A. Subtract the largest member of the first
      class from its right boundary.
   B. Subtract this from the first member of
      the first class.

2. To find the right class bound for the last
   class.
   A. Subtract the class boundary of the 
      smallest member of the last class from
      the smallest member of the last class.
   B. Add this to the last member of
      the last class.

   Class   Frequency   Class boundaries
  0 -  24      4         -0.5 -  24.5
 25 -  49     10         24.5 -  49.5 
 50 -  74     11         49.5 -  74.5
 75 -  99      5         74.5 -  99.5 
100 – 124      1         99.5 - 124.5
