They go in groups of 20: 4,8,12,16,20, 24,28,32,36,40,44,48,52,56,60,64,68,72,76,80.
If you speak French, 80 is quatre vingts , which literally means 4 twenties.
So even a large number like 248224 is divisible by 4, because all the hundreds and thousands before it are, and you are only interested in the last two digits.
