consecutive odd integers: (x-2), x, (x+2)

7((x-2) + x + (x+2)) = 3(x+2) + 480
7(3x) = 3x + 6 + 480
21x = 3x + 486
18x = 486
x = 27

The integers are 25, 27, and 29.
