D = A+6
where A is the smallest of the integers
B + D = 1.5(A + C)
Substitute the known values from the first equations into the last.
B+D = 1.5(A+C)
(A+2)+(A+6)=1.5(A+[A+4])
2A+8=1.5(2A+4)
Distribute
2A+8=3A+6
Subtract 6 from each side
2A+2=3A
Subtract 2A from each side
2=A
