Find three consecutive integers such that the sum of the first and third is 76 less than three times the second.
This is what I got so far:
x+x+2=3(x+1)-76
x+x+2=3x+3-76
2x=3x+3-76
2x=3x-73
But I feel like I did it wrong, so could someone help me?

You did everything correct except for the 3rd step where you forgot the "2".
2x+2=3x+3-76
2x=3x+3-2-76
x=75
x+1=76
x+2=77
