Answer by CubeyThePenguin(3113)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1. x + 10 = 19
x = 9

2. x - 45 = -15
x = 30

3. consecutive odd numbers: (x-1), x, (x+1)

(x-1) + x + (x+1) = 57
3x = 57
x = 19

The integers are 17, 19, and 21.

4. consecutive even numbers: (x-2), x, (x+2)

(x-2) + x + (x+2) = 84
3x = 84
x = 28

The integers are 26, 28, and 30.

5. x + 2x = 12
3x = 12
x = 4
