Let the consecutive even integers n (smallest) and n+2 (greatest)
n+2 = 3n - 4
2n = 6
n = 3
So the integers are 3 and 5, but they must be even

What is the greater of two consecutive even integers that is four less than three times the smaller integer?

There are consecutive even integers where the larger is four less than three times the smaller integer. There are 2 CONSECUTIVE ODD INTEGERS though.
