Three consecutive even integers are n, n+2 and n+4.

There is a difference of two between consecutive even integers. For example 2 and 4.

Their sum is n + n+2 + n+4 = 3n+6.

Their sum = -624

3n+6=-624

Subtract 6 from each side.

3n=-630

Divide both sides by 3.

n = -210.

The integers are -210, -208 and -206.
