Consecutive even integers are n, n+2 and n+4.

Consecutive even integers are separated by 2. For example 2, 4 and 6.

The largest is n+4 and it's 2 times the smallest.

n+4 = 2n

Subtract n from both sides.

4=n.

The numbers are 4, 6 and 8.
