3rd: 2x+3

(2x-1)(2x+1)-(2x+3) = 8

4x^2-1 -2x-3 = 8

4x^2-2x-12 = 0

2x^2-x-6 = 0

2x^2-4x+3x-6 = 0

2x(x-2) + 3(x-2) = 0

(x-2)(2x+3) = 0
