Let the first even integer be x.

The next consecutive even integer is therefore x+2.

So we are given:

(x+2)+2*x=62

x+2+2x=62

3x+2=62

3x=60

x=20

Therefore the two consecutive even integers are 20 and 22.

I hope this helps!
