let the integers be x , x+2,x+4
(x+2)^2=4(x+x+4)
x^2+4x+4=8x+16
x^2-4x-12=0
x^2-6x+2x-12=0
x(x-6)+2(x-6)=0
(x-6)(x+2)=0
x=6
6,8,10 are the integers
