2nd: x
3rd: x+1

Equation:
4(x-1) = 3(x+1)+7
4x-4 = 3x+1+7
x = 12

Let x, x+1, & x+2 be the 3 integers.
4x=3(x+2)+7
4x=3x+6+7
4x-3x=13
x=13 ans. for the smallest integer.
13+1=14 ans. for the middle integer.
13+2=15 ans. for the largest integer.
Proof:
4*13=3*15+7
52=45+7
52=52
