Let one integer be x and the other y
x-y=-11 (equation 1)
y=-11+x (equation 2)
x+y=-3 (equation 3)
x+(-11+x)=-3 (plug equation 3 into 5)
x-11+x=-3
2x-11=-3
2x=-3-11
2x=-14
x=-7
-11-(-7) = -4
y = -4
