LET X & X+2 BE THE 2 CONSECUTIVE EVEN INTEGERS.
X=(X+2)/2+10
X-10=(X+2)/2
2(X-10)=X+2
2X-20=X+2
2X-X=2+20
X=22 ANSWER FOR THE SMALLER INTEGER.
22+2=24 FOR THE LARGER INTEGER.
PROOF:
22=24/2=10
22=12+10
22=22
