n+1 = second integer
n+2 = third integer
n+3 = fourth integer

The sum of four consecutive positive integers is 'X"
n+(n+1)+(n+2)+(n+3) = X
      n+n+1+n+2+n+3 = X
               4n+6 = X
                 4n = X-6
                  n = 

n+1 = second integer =  
n+2 = third integer =
