The first and third consecutive even numbers can be called x and x+4. The second is just x+2. Then we have
x + x+4 = 3(x+2) - 22
2x + 4 = 3x + 6 - 22
2x + 4 = 3x - 16
Now add 16 and subtract 2x and get
x = 20
x+2 = 22
x+4 - 24
