use this normal distribution table.

look up the z factor of 0.17.
the number shown is the proability that the a z-factor is less than .17.
the first column contains the units digit and the tens digit.
the next columns contain the hundreds digit from 0 to 9.
the probability that a z-score is less than 0.17 is .5675.
you can see that in the following picture taken from the table.
the particular score you are looking for is on the second row ninth column.
