Absolutely no way to determine the answer from the information given. If 29 sold in 3 months out of 10,000 that were on the market, then the probability is pretty slim. But if only 32 were on the market, meaning 29 sold and 3 didn't, the chances are pretty good. You have to give us ALL of the information if you want help.
